Only one account per person is permitted; duplicate accounts may be suspended without prior notice. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
All transactions on arena are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits are credited to your account once the payment has been confirmedby the payment provider. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated in your account dashboard, and arena does not charge internal processing fees on standard withdrawals. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that belongs to you and has been verified under your registered account name. arena reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not previously completed identity verification. Any attempt to use fraudulent payment methods or to manipulate transaction records will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
All bonuses and promotional offers available on arena are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible game categories, and expiry periods. These individual offer terms are published on the Promotion page and must be read in full before claiming any bonus. arena reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside of the stated wagering conditions, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including the use of multiple accounts or coordinated betting patterns — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may lead to account suspension.
All bets placed on arena are final once confirmed. arena reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, technical faults, or events that do not meet the conditions required for settlement. For sports betting, markets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body or sports organisation. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game session, arena's records shall be considered the definitive source of truth. Players are expected to conduct themselves in a fair and honest manner at all times; any use of automated betting tools, exploits, or collusion with other players is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.

arena provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. While we make every effort to maintain platform stability, we cannot be held liable for losses arising from technical outages, internet connectivity issues on the player's side, or events beyond our reasonable control. arena's total liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident. arena is not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of profits or opportunity, arising from the use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits arena's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
arena reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the arena platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
